I thought I would bring up this thread again.

It seems I am still running rich according to the plugs.

Stage 1 DS @ Sea Level with K&N in box with lid ON.

The plugs are still very sooty and the middle part is chocolate brown.

I fixed a needle valve leak, but perhaps it's leaking again...dunno

150 main, 40 pilot, 96 needle on 2nd clip from top.

Running a Tm45.

What NOW???

you guys are going to freek but im running 170 main 97 needle in the 2nd from the top and get this,a 27.5 pilot w/accelarator working.dont ask me how it works but it does because i have a set of new set of barnett clutches to go in it to prove it.i also had a dead spot from an idle to wide open punch, but thats history or at least it was the last time i rode it.the pump cured the dead spot on mine.so far im really pleased with the performance.i dont even use the choke,i just bump the throttle a little and she fires right up.btw, dont play with the throttle when the bike isnt runnig it will flood it.i found out the hard way.every time you push the throttle the pump puts a stream into the carb and it just sits there until you start it .just a reminder.good luck.
