Default stalling

I have a brand new Kazuma 110 Falcon MKII. We have been trying to break it in.

The bike starts right up and will run for about 5 minutes then it stalls and I will not start back up. After it sits for a long time, it starts back up again, then after it heats up again, it stalls and again will not start. This happens day after day. It seems like it will not run with the engine warm.

I have adjusted the carb twice as per the owner manual instructions but this has not helped. What else do I need to look at and check and specifically how do I do it?

Thank you, Teej6

One thing you can do is let it idle for a while. These atv's are or were shipped with a gel pack in the carb float bowl to keep the float from bouncing around in a dry bowl and when you add gas it is supposed to dissolve. Sometimes it takes a while for it to completely dissolve. I let my first one run at idle for over an hour and it has been fine. My second one I actually took the pack out of the bowl. Or like I said in your other post you may just need a new carb. Make sure you call John at Raceway if you bought it from him and he will take care of it .

You probably have this fixed by now but it might be an electrical connection if its heating up and then stalls.
