Thanks Teej6, I saw that posting and printed it all out before I ordered my Falcon. I ended up flushing the radiator and cooling system out because they were filled with what looked like dirty river water. The only issue I had with the high temp light was it would come on when I used my headlights and horn. An extra ground cable running from the battery to the frame seems to have helped that. I haven't done the camshaft bolts yet. I am waiting for a piston, rings and lower cylinder section at the moment. I have a little blowby and blue smoke issue from the factory. I don't want to tear the motor apart more than I have to. The USA-ATVs said this issue hasn't been found on the new models. I'm going to mic the heads of the bolts when I have the motor apart just in case. Once again thanks for the post about the Falcon issues
