leaking anti freeze kazuma 250

just put together falcon 250 filled antifreeze started up antifreeze coming out tiny hole on crank case below water pump whats this mean??? it drips pretty good only when running?

It sounds like the seal is bad in the water pump. Usually the water pump needs to be replaced.
