Hebo..........we have a manual and it shows exactly how to do it. We tried what NJDale said and it did not work. Even adjusted clear out to where we had no gears and then came back in to where all the other gears work perfectly, except first. It acts like it wants to try and go into first after going through the drill but will not quite do it. Wondering if the clutch is out or what. We use the bike every day very consistently, not like folks using it for a weekend outing. Many days it is used almost all day long. So, if there are any other suggestions, we would appreciate them. There was a problem way back with the reverse so we will try what we did then and see if that works. If not, we are at a loss. We appreciate any suggestions.

I have to replace both tie rod ends. the boots have ripped and the joints got real sloppy. I had heard that it may be a knock off of the 2004 Yamaha bear tracker. I downloaded the owners manual for it and it looked close. I went to a local parts place and the tracker tie rod ends aern't even close. the EBC brake pads part # FA92X, do fit. you do have to cut off an 1/8" of one side of one pad on each side. they are slightly wider and the one side hits the bracket. the cut off fixes this problem and they are much easier to find and get then the stock pads. I was told these pads were meant for a Honda. I haven't been able to find a cross refferance for this number as the stock pad would be even cheaper. does anyone know of a match for the tie rod ends. I would really like to upgrade to better parts here. 700kms on it now.

I just found this site www.loncin.ca and put in an order for parts. for those of us in Canada this could be a good thing. shipping price is reasonable and should be alot faster and without the hassles shipping across the border and the cost that goes with it. It appears to be a new site. I'll let you guys know what happens with my order.

I tried to call the Loncin numbers yesterday. the 800 # says this # has not been asigned and the fax and phone numbers ring and both go to what sounds like it could be a fax machine. I sent an E-mail asking the status of my order yesterday and got a reply today that it was shipped today. so far faster then Baja. baja only ships on tuesday to canada. I did call Baja on Tuesday and ordered the part through them as well. It wasn't in stock but i was told it was due in the same day and probably just hadn't been entered into the computer yet. If the Loncin order shows up Monday I'll call Baja and cancel
