I ordered a Utility Mini 100 from Raceway and am curious, are they still putting gel pacs in the carbs? Don't want to tear the carb off if I don't have to.

 

no need to remove carb, just make sure to run the engine 30 minutes without load before riding, the gel pack if their is one will dissolve.

 

Just what bill said but I have not seen any for a while. The main problem with the gel packs is that people just start and ride. This is what clogs the jets. If you let it idle for some time it will dissolve. I dont think you have to worry about these anymore.
