My 250 Sport has the jet kit, and the 14 tooth sprocket, and it will do 50 mph. That is with a 130lb. 15 year old riding it. Oh, and that is with 22" rear tires.</end quote></div>
Thanks for the input 00XJ, i was just estimating. Have you clocked your sons 250 at 50 mph?

I knew you were a kid jetmotoracer, i was referencing my childrens age in the other post to let you know I have kids.
Getting a job at a motorsports shop is a great idea!! And reading a lot of the stuff here will help you too. going to a larger front sprocket would only make things worse than they are now. Your bicycle must have been geared so that it needed more top speed than take off speed.

it makes it harder to start butyou peddle less in reffrence you would basicly be doing less rpms......but you still go fast</end quote></div>
Its just like the gearing you have on your quad. Hard to get started but goes fast once moving.

Yeah, I'm unsure how much drag is on dynos, but they definately have some or the engine would over rev too quickly.
I really can't wait to get my dad on one of these. It's gonna be pretty funny watching him try to keep getting dirty. =)
