Jetmoto 110 problems
#1
I took my 8 year old son out to do some riding yesterday. After about an hour he said it sounded like his ATV was "hurting". I stop to check it out and found he had broke the rear motor mount bolt right off. It broke off clean at the mount. No biggie, We were right there at the truck anyhow. Got home from work tonight, put a new grade 8 bolt and lock nut on it and off we went. all was well. Got back to the house to look over the bike and what do I find?

the motor mount is spiling right down the middle.

We had this same problem on his old Viva 110. I ended up welding the mount back up and adding 2 more braces to the front of the engine to keep the torque from tearing the motor mounts off.
I also noticed that both foot pegs are twisting under his feet. I asked him if it bothered him and hes said his boots would slide off them and his feet would almost go into the tire.

John, if you are reading this is JM going to start putting better motor mounts on these and the good aluminum foot pegs?

Dont think there is to much to worry about. I have talk to Jetmoto about this and they have sold hundreds of these units and this is the 1st reported problem like this. Not sure if there is anyone else out there that never reported it??? But anything that happens like this Jetmoto contacts there factory right away and gets the proper adjustments made! I already spoke with Shelbyluvv and I think we have it worked out.
