Default Big problem, no power

I run the 15 tooth sprocket and think it out performs the 14 tooth all around. Lower gearing doesn't fix a lack of power in my opinion. With the 15 tooth my jm will not lose anymore ground to my blaster in 3rd gear, but with the 14 tooth the blaster just keeps pulling a way.

That is what I thought as well. I have a 15 tooth on the way, but I was thinking about going to 25x12x9 Carlisle Knobby tires and keeping the 14 tooth on the front (and maybe a bigger rear if needed.)

The 15t is better for speed but will not be as good for climbing! If climbing is not a big factor I agree the 15t is better!

I don't climb long hills, just short (15' is the very biggest around here) steep piles of dirt from when they dug drainage ditches, and I get up them very easily now that my throttle isn't restricted. haha

Anyway, I'm just hoping the larger tires won't hurt me too much. I'm still trying to find larger front tires (25" preferably) that will fit on the stock rims. I would hate to put wide tires (like on 4wd quads) on the front.
