Out of 4 Jetmotos I have yet to have a shock go bad, What is happening? Perhaps I have a bad one and do not even know it. They all seem to have the correct movement and dampening and I see no abnormal oil discharge? It seems the new Jets have had some shock problems so far!

I would not say we have been gentle at all with our quads and have jumped and rode some really rough trails and I do believe all my shocks are still in good working shape! Hopefully they will last!
This last ride we took (yesterday) was mechanicaly uneventfull which was nice. We had a great time and all 4 Jets ran great all day and even ran great through the 1 ft deep stream we went through. This week some time I will go through each quad as I always do and fix what ever may be lose or broke but at this moment I don't know of any repairs to be made as a result of this last ride!

I have had both front shocks go out. The rear is fine so far. You may need to set more spring tension to keep them from bottoming out. You need to screw the big nut above the spring down to make the spring load higher so then the shock can dampen the bumps and the spring will take the load on jumps

I don't think I've bottomed them out, and I've not had any issues with some fairly rough riding (I'm a fatty.)
I've been out of commision though because I'm waiting to order a sprocket until I get my new car (should be picking it up Friday.)
I just want to make sure I don't get cash crunched because of any incidents on a 600 mile drive (race) down i95.
