Kazuma Falcon 250 probs
I have just changed to open-air-filter and opened up exhaust and rejetted to 125, (110 was original main jet). When I rode it today it was dark outside and the first part of exhaust, engine side, was glowing red... The sparkplug has just a tendency of engine running lean.. Should I try to go up to 130 or 135?
Also I have overheating problem. Not only the heat light, the radiator is boiling.... When doing long distance runs it keeps fine but when rideing slow on some forest trails the temp goes up..... I have bleed the radiator... The fan seems to be broken. I tested connecting 12v directly to it and didnt run. Fan motor probobly fried. Does the fan has this big effect? Or should I check something else?

the exhaust will glow on the first part your talkiing about where the exhaust gaurd is by you leg right, it shouldnt be running that lean with that jet but you could go to a different size, did you shut it down right away when the light came on? hope so! the fan needs to be working or it will over heat . how warm is it where youlive right now and ride? fix the fan, get the air out of the cooling system, what color is the plug that makes you think it is lean?

if you measure the carb and the area around the carb asuming your taking off the air box go to uni filter web site you will find one.
