Default Hunter 250

Just got my Hunter 250 Yesterday. Started assembly and almost done. Two questions.
1) How do you get the thing in neutral, never owned owned a bike before. I have tried shifting down all the way, then up 1, then up again, then up again. Still haven't found neutral. Maybe the parking brake is on?

2) There is a wire coming from the brake lever on the right side handle bar that I can't find a place to plug in. Anybody know where this plugs into?

Thanks

Neutral should be all the way down. Try rocking the quad forward and backward then shifting.

There is a safety switch on both brake levers. The one on the left side is hooked up, and the one on the right side is not. If the one on the left fails you can unplug it, and plug the right one in.
