Hi everyone, I have a mini falcon 90 deluxe. During baseball and football we didn't ride very much so it setup for several months. When we went to ride it didn't want to stay running. The only way I could keep it running was to keep the choke on full all the time.

I took the carb apart and cleaned everything very well but I noticed the idle jet appeared that it should have a hole all the way through the tube but it I can't see through it and I can't force a small wire through it.

Is the idle jet suppose to have a hole all the way through the tube?

The atv runs better now and I can turn the choke off once it's warmed up but I had to turn the idle screw all the way in just so it would idle enough to stay running.

 

sounds like the carb is out of adjustment, go to kids atv section and search 2manytoys thread how to tune a chinese carb. they can be tricky and it night take a few times to get it right i had the same problems at one time but finally got it adjusted right.
