Default New Utility 100 Won't Start

We recently received our new ATV from Raceway and put it together (no assembly instructions were included), but we had it working. It ran for 5 minutes and then died. We tried charging the battery with no success. We found we had a loose terminal connection and fixed that, but still can't get it to run. When I turn the key, there is no noise at all, lights won't come on, etc.

Please help us if you have any advice - we have a son that will be sad his new Christmas present isn't working in a few days if we can't figure it out.

Have you check all the safety switches. Does it have remote kill, like a remote for a car alarm, if so make sure that one is not stuck or something.

It could be any of the following:
Bad battery (I doubt it could be that bad but a possibility)
Bad Fuse by the battery (if one is supplied in the wiring)
Wiring connection (doubt full as you already had it running)

Try Jumping it from another battery or a charger with a Starting mode, if you get life (lights anything electrical means it's your battery) I have seen batteries just completely die and the Chinese batteries are not too great!

I found that we had a loose fuse in the back, so we adjusted it and now the lights work. I bought an OHM meter and it showed that the battery had a full charge and it did not diminish when I turned the key to on and tried to start it. I have checked all of the kill switches and they are all disengaged. Still nothing when I push the starter button.

Where can I take this in for service in the Phoenix area?

Good battery. I checked all fuses and one was loose. It fixed my light issues, but I still can't get it to crank.

An OHM meter will not tell if a battery is good nor will a Volt meter. Just jump the quad with another battery like a car and it will start!
