Default 2008 Jetmoto 150's

My 10-year-old daughter has outgrown the little Kazuma 90, so with this tax return we're looking for a bigger, more powerful quad-- the Jetmoto 150 looks about right and has the features we want. How's the power? Speed? Too fast for a 10-year-old? How about size? Is it big enough to carry a 175 lb, 5' 2" rider? (my older daughter might want to take it for an occasional spin, and maybe even my wife). How are they holding up these days? I remember Jetmoto was bringing up the quality, so are they worth the $1399 price tag? I will buy from Raceway again, they were great and did as they said they would when we bought the Kazuma.

My kids aren't real hard on these things, but they like to hit the trails and have fun. I don't mind alittle maintenance, but I don't want to have to re-build it every couple of months, either.

Thanks for any advice!

Good to see you posting again!! The Jetmoto 150 is a heck of a bargain at 1399.00. Great suspension and handling, decent power but not to much. I think you would be very happy if you got your daughter one.

Thanks MFQ, yeah, its been awhile. I still lurk around here from time to time but haven't posted in forever. Anyway, the Jetmoto 150 looks like the ticket, I was just wondering if anything has changed from the 07 model. Not that theres anything wrong with the 07 model, I just wanna compare.

Changes from what I have heard is a nicer seat, new graphics and aluminum nerf bars.
