07 Jetmoto 150's Brake Light?
#1
I just want to see if my 150's are not different then other 07 150. After assembly last year and still today I noticed my brake light will not light up when the head light is on. It works fine with the head light off but once the head light is switched on the brake lights will not light up.
If others are not having this same problem do I have something not wired right? My 250's work fine!

MWQ - If Right Hand Hand Brake does not light the brake light - but the Foot Pedal does; Check the Rat's Nest Bundle under the Handlebar = Brake pair should go to Yellow / Green Tracer & Green pair ; Clutch pair should go to Pink / Green pair. (Pink is the Reverse interlock solenoid) Mine was wried backwards - Brake to Reverse interlock / Clutch to Brake light. Just something to check.

Outofline,
Check the wires where the rear brakelight plugs in. The wires sometimes to not align. Make sure that all the colours line up. If they do not use a small pair of needle nose pliers to squeeze the connector at the base inside the plug to push the connectors out and re-align them. When the wires dont line up this may also cause the atv to not be able to start unless the headlight is on.
Cheers

I really need someone who owns a 150 to see if theirs works the same as mine. I have two 150's and they both work the same!

Have you checked the wires? where they plug in under the left fender? I have changed these many times. The people in the factory dont always put the wires in the right holes in the connector.

Thanks for that info NJDale. Im pretty sure neither made it light up. Not positive though....
Got a bigger problem now....I fried one of the green ground wires while using the starter. I got it all tore apart ...and it fried from the battery(small wire) all the way to the coil ground. There is paint there and might not have had a good enough ground. I was re-wiring it and ran out of time. Kinda busy right now, but hope to fix it later this week. Ill let you all know how it goes.
