Jetmoto 125 speed limiter?

Just wondering if there is a speed limiter on the 125, I didn't see anywhere that there is, if not can a person buy one to put on?

Jetmoto 125 speed limiter?

There is a throttle limiter screw in the throttle housing. Ive found if you remove the lock nut and turn the screw in all the way it limits the top speed in 1st gear to about 7-10 mph.
