We bought this qaud from Raceway and my son loves it. But we did have two major problems. 1. the steering stem broke off within five months of ownership, luckily my father-in-law is a welder and he welded it back on.
2. Just recently me and my son were riding and his brakes totally went, luckily we were not near a part in the trail were we would have to stop and cross a road or else I might not have a son anymore!! The part (not sure what it is called) that connect to the foot brake, it has lines that go to all four tires, broke away from the frame and just floats causing the brake pedal to just press in and not work at all. My father in law is looking at it to see if he can fix it.

I would like to know who else has had these issues, I realize that China does not get the best metals and their welding skills are not the greatest.

Also can someone at raceway please e-mail me and let me know of a fix for the brake problem.

It's the brake master cylinder that broke away from the frame.
