My sons bike had no spark. I decided to go through alll the wirng to check for shorts. Well I have never seen such a bad wiring job in my life. Red changes to green to blue what a mess. I have to rewire this thing and bypass all the lighting etc. Does anyone have a basic wiring schematic for this bike. I tried to follow this but it looks like a 3 yr old wired it with whatever peices of 3 inch wire was around so thats not going to happen.

I never seen a real Gio 110 wiring diagram.

Here is a link to the manual of another 110 machine. The wiring diagram is toward the end of the manual. Most 110cc chinese quads are wired similar.
