Found some time to do a little work on the Quad. did some dremeling to get some of the pieces to line up in the gearcase. Installed new Bearings and seals. Reinstalled the Gearcase on the Quad.

Going to let the silicone dry overnight before trying to fill it up with Gear Oil.

Anyone know the gearcase oil capacity? There's no plug to verify.

Hello all,

Just picked up a Wilderness 250 and after reading the drive issue, looks to be a common problem. Tomorrow, I am going to try and get the gear cover off and see what's there, but have a feeling I will be mirroring the exploding case. The quad is almost complete, just missing the front brake handle assembly and air filter housing.

I did find this link to the parts list with numbers, but leary on the actual site since I already heard nightmares on partsyahoo.
