sorry for delay yes it has a little in as ive had stator case off hving major issues with erratic voltage from cdi to coil without spark

I think some DC CDI systems have a steady base voltage, but on AC systems the coil voltage is only triggered once every rev of the crank, and can be quite high. If you are getting any pulses at all, I recon I would try a new coil. 7.5v at cranking speed from the alternator seems OK.

Would have been easier for you to keep everything in one post instead of several different posts. That way everyone can see all the issues on one post and get the true picture

well thanks for the tip my friend im getting there now i managed to get pinout of that cdi and i think i descovered what might be the issue as my pick up coil was out of spec so im just replacing it as we speak
