Got this a few days ago had some wiring issues got it figured out. now it will turn over and start, but when i switch the run switch to off it keep running, even if I turn the key off. found a black/white wire by the cdi box (it has a terminal end on it) if i put it in the plug for the cdi box it kills it no matter where the switches are.

 

That black/white wire will go to the ignition switch, when switched off this wire will be earthed, when the ignition is on, it should be an open circuit, seems like it is earthed all the time. This wire also goes to any kill switches fitted, so one of them may be faulty.
