when it shuts off next time check for spark right away
also what does the plug look like?
full throttle for 60 seconds and then shut off should give yo a perfect snap shot of you spark plug

Full throttle 60 seconds with no load is just asking for trouble. Big difference on full throttle while riding and full throttle with no load
