Default Jag 500 engine

Anyone know a good replacement engine for the 2007 Jag 500? Old age got the best of mine after 12 years and barely 200 miles on it.

Well I put the link in my first reply, all you had to do was click it and then link to the engine. Here I've done it for you, https://www.capadif.com/en/engine-pa...uar-500cc.html Any Kazuma dealer should be able to supply an engine, but your bike won't be worth fitting one to. A good 12 year old Honda 500 Quad wouldn't cost over 3000 euro, never mind a Kazuma.

Yeah, I know. Pretty much figured it's not even worthy of being a boat anchor now. Probably look into a couple years old new Honda. Just thought I'd ask though. Seen the engine you posted. Kazuma USA has the engine listed for $2,999.00. Can buy a whole new machine for not much more than that. Maybe someone could use mine for parts. Has the upgraded tank with 2 outlets, 2 piece front cover (still have the one piece also) and have the upgraded heavier tie rod ends which I haven't installed. Still runs but makes some noise. I may keep the aluminum wheels if I should get something with the same bolt pattern.

May be worth getting a motorcycle or quad mechanic to take a look at the engine. Not all noises are costly to fix, and it looks like Kazuma spares are available, unlike many Chinese/Taiwanese offerings.

I did take it to a Chinese dealer and they said head gasket was gone, bearings gone, radiator has leaks (which I never noticed leaking). They seemed to think it had just water in it and I never put straight water in it. Also said there are no rebuild kits for it either. You'd think being an old Polaris clone engine parts would be interchangeable but I'm sure it would still cost too much and not be worth it.
