Hi All, I just joined the board a few min ago. I have a TaoTao ATA 150G quad that my dad and I use for a pit vehicle at the drag strip. I bought it used and after noticing it spit fuel out of the overflow, I noticed that the tank was contaminated with rust and took out the carburetor. I found a replacement carb, but I am trying to find a replacement fuel tank and petcock for it. The previous owner must have removed the petcock because I don’t see any way to stop fuel flow to the carburetor. Does anyone know where I can look? All of the Chinese atv sites seem to have generic parts.

 

Their are lots of TaoTao dealers out their and getting parts from them is pretty easy, also taotao has a website you can go to for parts. These don't have a fuel shut off

 

No petcock as it came from the factory but you can add one inline. I'd get the same one used on the Rhino 250 and use a zip tie to attach it to the upper frame tube. A new gas tank can be ordered from Taotao's parts dept at:
