Power issues

I bought a 125F taotao in December... now when you shift to 3rd gear it bogs down to a dead stop even when the throttle is wide open? Help

It could be as simple as adjusting the Carburetor choke lever. The Carburetor choke should be open when your engine is warmed up. Find the Sweet Spot.
