Lifan 253cc engine also used in Quadzillas and is said to be a modified Honda 250 engine. As for the frame, I Googled it and found this "AgraCat, based in Farmington, Arkansas, selling rebranded Chinese tractors. AgraCat declared bankruptcy in 2004, and its assets were siezed by its creditors." However it is likely to be a Chinese/Taiwanese "no name" machine imported by AgraCat, so could well be imported by someone else, and sold under a different name.

Only thing I can find on lifan engines is spec's. Mine is a single carburetor parallel twin engine. I can't even find the carburetor for it. Well, I found one but it's electric. Mine is vacuum driving from the engine. I found a rebuild kit for a carburetor that says it's for a water cooled engine. Does it matter what engine it's on?

I have found the duel carburetor online. Through Google. My lifan is a perellel twin cylinder single carburetor. That's runs off the compression of the engine with a diaphragm on the top of the carburetor.

Don't think you have quite got the idea of constant depression carbs. They use the vacuum produced by the engine sucking air through the carb to regulate the fuel air mixture, nothing to do with compression. I also suspect your single carb will turn out to be two carbs stuck together, if it has two chokes, two float bowls and two diaphragms, that is what it is.
