Unhappy need help Baja

I was given a baja 90 wilderness model atv a couple weeks ago. The atv was sitting for years before it was given to me. I bought a new spark plug and carb also got new fuel lines. Before putting on the new carb i sprayed starting fluid and the Atv started right away. But when i put on the new carb the atv wouldn't start. I have no idea what to do plz help.

I am also new to "fixing" or "working on" Atvs i know little about them and all my information i get is from youtube or forms. If you have any tips to working on atvs i would love to read them thank you for your help and tips.

If it is possible to strip it, clean the jets out on the old carb and put it back on. If that doesn't work, check compression, as they often start on starting fluid with compression too low for starting normally.

compression tested at just over 90psi. I read somewhere that for a 90cc atv that should be good?

An engine should run with 90psi compression. Try sorting out the old carb and see if you get it going.
