Default BAJA WD250 PROBLEMS !

I bought a wilderness 250 2 months ago from ctc. has damadged parts {shipping} bin in contact with baja .no help. road atv for 200klm 3 oil chainges found a peace of ruber about half the size of dime. no help.road atv 100klm more front weel berrings seazed!! called baja told me i am abusing atv?? no woranty ??? caled ministery of transpotation on safty conserns they are doing an investigation on safty of theas atvs as well with ctc .

Sir,
Did they ask your for pictures. Although not definitive in proof, you can usually look at a new ATV and determine whether it has been abused. Post a picture and let us help you get these guys. If they are con artist after a quick buck, we'll get them. SEADAWG

Default BAJA WD250 PROBLEMS !

I sent in a pic of the pece i found in the drain screen to baja they dont care! i have the ball rolling with the fed goverment.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

Default BAJA WD250 PROBLEMS !

I bought a Baja 300Extreme from Pepboys, has a hard time getting in and out of reverse, hard to start, battery needed to be charged and will not hold the charge, brake light switch is broke. Called Baja and they will warranty the battery and the reverse problem ( have to take 2 hours away to get it fixed). I also bought a Baja 150, great machine, but the first weekend out and the rear fender (right side) came loose fron the foot peg mpunt (it just snaps into place) and rested against the exhaust and melted (BAD). Called Baja and explained what had happened and they ask for pictures, I sent pictures and after they reviewed the pics, they told me that it was user error and will not warranty it. I asked for the national number so that I could contact the Top and they told me that I was talking to the national office. I asked them "don't you stand behind their product", and they repied "NO". I am not very pleased with the customer service at all. So nutso I feel your pain. I just wonder how many other people are not getting the customer service that they deserve
