One bearing was totally destroyed and I'm having trouble getting the race out. Searched for replacement for a taotao axle carrier and cant find one. Maybe it's not a taotao axle. Has anyone seen one like this

 

I can't see any pictures. If it is an outer race stuck in, an old trick is to run a bead of weld along it's inside track with an Arc or MIG welder, once it cools, the weld shrinks and squashes the bearing enough to loosen it, the bead often provides something to knock against with a drift too. You have to be exact or you can find the race is welded to the housing.

 

I finally got it out. Dremeled a cut in it, put a bolt and nut in the race and expanded it. and was able to hammer it out. Thanks for the help.
