Default SunL 70cc wont start. Please HELP!!!

Hey guys I'm about done with this thing!!

It's a childrens quad, SunL 70cc.

I will give you the lowdown.

I got it used, not running. Installed a new battery and got it running but rough. Seemed to be running rich. It would run but not idle well and no matter how I adjusted the idle screw or mixture screw it would not change. If I stalled it then it would not usually start again for a while and the spark plug was always getting fouled.

-I pulled the carb and cleaned it
-cleaned up the spark plug
-cleaned the air filter
-tried adjusting the throttle needle clip to lower setting

After that it started up well and I could even ride it around my yard a bit although it still seemed very bogged down. It was also blowing a bit of smoke out the back even after warm and still would not idle very well. Again if I stalled it or turned it off I could not get it to start for a long time. The plug was always very wet and black looking and did not seem to have great spark. I assumed it was flooding.

- I swapped the throttle needle back up a couple spots
- Installed a new NGK spark plug
- readjusted the mixture screw to 2 full turns out

Again it started great. Spark was way better now. I ran my kid around the yard a bit even. Seemed to be running better but still bogged down and no adjustment on the idle/mixture screw would help. After this I stalled it trying to adjust it and could not get it to start again. I pulled the plug and it was dry and very carbon fouled but not wet. Very dry and carbon fouled.

- Cleaned up the spark plug and checked it (still great spark)
- Pulled the carb and cleaned it again
- Swapped fuel filter

At this point I got curious about the key fob alarm. Wish I hadn't I pressed a couple buttons and set off the alarm! I had no idea it even had one!! I thought it was just an old key chain. Now I had created more possible start issues!

After this I tried to start the bike again and nothing. It turns over but will not catch. It just wont fire. The spark is still good and the plug is wet. Drained the float bowl and it's full.

- I tried starting it with the filter off and nothing
- I tried spraying starter fluid in the carb intake and after a few turns it will back fire but not even sort of start

I'm wondering if I did somthing with the alarm so it wont start? or could it be a faulty CDI box so the timing is off and is not firing at the right time?

I'm about ready to light this thing on fire and drive it off a cliff! Please any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If anyone knows how how to disable or disconnect all the safety stops I would love to know.

Thanks,

Bugeater
