I have a no power issue when trying to start my son's Coolster 110cc. Him and his friend tried to jump the battery with a battery charger when I wasn't around. I replaced the battery and installed a new solenoid. The fuse between the solenoid and battery on the positive wire is also good. I have checked voltage to the regulator. The red had battery voltage and the black had voltage when key was switched on. I'm sort of lost on were to begin to look. Any ideas on were to begin? Thanks for any help!

 

Will it start if you bridge the poles on the solenoid with a screwdriver? If it does it may be the starter button on the handle bars.
