Default Taotao 150cc - no neutral light

My daughter has TaoTao 150cc (red) that she rides around the property.

In April, all of a sudden the neutral light stopped working and there's no power to start the ATV.

Reading up around here I troubleshooted some things:
1. Replaced key ignition
2. Replaced coil
3. Replaced relay solenoid

Still nothing. Machine will start right up with I use a screwdriver across the poles of the relay (old one and new one) and the neutral light comes on.

Used a tester to check power along the connections. Can't seem to find a break in the wire or anything.

Anyone else have this issue and resolve it by something other than above?

The main fuse has gone, or the wire going from battery to fuse, to rectifier, has broken.

Sorry, I've checked and changed the main fuse near the battery and its good. Ill have to look over the wire.
