The 28th looks good for me also. Plus it will give the river time to go down .

Travis, dont worry about the river being too deep. I know that a Banshee can walk on water

I think the 28th will be a good day for a lot of people plus it gives all of the folks a little more notice. I hope to see A LOT of the folks attend the meeting.

As far as planning more than a week ahead, I'm not that good at it. As for attending a meeting and meeting all you guys, I'll work my schedule around it as well as my wife will let me. I hope to get her and the kids around, if kids are allowed at meetings. Just let me know what I need to do. I'm going to let James test drive the Kodiak & Grizzly & (hopefully) will get him on a machine of his own by then.

I should be able to make the 28th also.

See everyone there!

Ty-I won't be able to ride this weekend or next due to softball tournaments. With school starting back up I will be back limited to Sat and Sun unfortunately.

Welcome to all the new guys and gals!! Hope to meet you on the 28th

Ladies and Gentlemen:

For quite sometime Keith and I have been wanting to have a group ride in SE Oklahoma. Keith and I talked earlier this evening (We talk to each other a lot because NO ONE else will) and we have decided that we would like for this ride to occurr in September over one of the two following weekends. Let us know what dates you all think would be the best.

The dates we would like to have everyone look at are September 18 & 19 or September 24 & 25. That is a weekend and I am willing to take off on a Saturday for this. We could handle this one of two ways. We could leave really early Saturday morning or we could leave Friday evening after everyone got off work. That would be up to everyone else to decide.

The riding area (if you want to check your maps) would be in Pushmataha County. We would head 12 miels SE of Antlers to Rattan, there we would turn NE and head to the tiny town of CLOUDY. WE woudl ride out of cludy on the logging roads. The pics on my picture page are from this area. So I would like everyone to think this over and let us know if you all would like to go on this ride. There are hundreds of miles of riding opportunity in this area and the camping is MAGNIFICIENT. I really think everyone would have a great time on this ride and we have a lot of new members so I think it would be great to start them off with a great ride.

So give it a thought and we can discuss it furher at the August 28 meeting. Thank you for your support.

Sounds like a blast!! Did you say "Camp"? Who brings the TV & satellite dish? j/k The pictures look GREAT. I look forward to discussing this at the meeting. Just out of curiosity, I was looking at the map and saw no roads. Do we have to ride our 4 wheelers from Rattan TO cloudy, or do we helicopter them in?

As you guys get to know me better, You will find out that I am about as full of $hit as some of you are, so bear with me. If something sounds rhetorical or smart a$$ed, then it is probably a feeble attempt at humor. Look forward to the meeting,

Jason
