Plug Fouling

I have a AC 250 4x4 with 26" High Lift Outlaw Tires,which does everything,I need to do here in these Piney Woods in East Texas,all I have to complain about on my AC is it fouls the spark plug guiet frequently,would it help if running a hotter plug?
Oh yea why is it that everyone needs those big machines ,my 2001 250 does everything around the farm and in the river bottoms on my land?
