Default Best puncture resistant utility tire?

I've got a 550 Mule and have already been temporarily sidelined by a rear tire puncture by a small thorn.
Does anyone know of any sealant that can be put in the tire to prevent this, or a good semi-aggressive
22x11x10 tire that would be more puncture resistant?

thanks,
mark thomson

Yes, go with the slime... if you want to change tires ( if your mule came with 2 ply Dunlops, you want to change tires ) look for any of the 6 ply tires...i.e. I like Super Swamper Vampires... they are a good strong 6 ply tire, very good mud tire, remarkably good riding at speed, available in that tire size... if you need a turf tire, again look for at least a 4 ply tire...Have A GREAT Day, Go Four Wheel'in !!!!! I haven't personally used the mud lights but haven't heard anything bad about them... there is starting to get to be alot of the "new generation" radial tires out there, if ride quality is a major concern, there may be a radial tire in that size...I've also heard of alot of guys with the Mule type rides switching to car tires & 14" rims...I know special after market rims are available, but seems to me that I heard that Honda car rims fit a lot of this type of ride... maybe someone out there has tryed this & has more insite... Have A GREAT Day, Go Four Wheel'in !!!!! WAM

Greetings fellow mud beings
Yes the Mudlites with slime would be quite the combination to prevent rapid air loss.

Slime -- lots. (cheapest in-store at Harbor Freight)
Little 12v compressor (Wal-Mart - $15)
Little string-plug patch kit, with insertion tool - Wal-Mart - $8)

Go riding in the roofing nails -- no problem.
