I'm looking for a good trail tire for my ATV. I was told to either get Mudlights or Outlaws. I was also told the Mudlights are lighter than the Outlaws and would perform better. My question is can a 28" tire mount on my ATV with enough wheel well clearance? Has anyone installed a lift kiut and if so how hard are they to install?

Any good tire sites would be greatly appreciated.

Well the outlaws are a strictly mud tire and are not made for the trails. Mudlites, mudbugs/gators, bearclaws, 589's, dirt devils are some of the better trail tires out there. My dad has 27" bearclaws on his 650 and all he does is trail ride and they have a pretty good ride, a little rougher then stock, good handling and great wear. It would be close with 28's and no lift but they might fit with only a little rubbing when is loaded down.
