Razr2's are a very good all around tire. They are pricey but worth it to me.

another good tire that you can get for a pretty low price is a Cheng Shin Shredder. It's about the same as a holeshot or razr.

I would go with the razor2 for the mentioned terrain, they work great for me there. They will spin a little in the really loose stuff though, but that you can expect from most **** tires.
