realators-good bad or ugly
#2
I've bought some to use in the snow and found the work well it almost all conditions. They're not the best sliders but will slide. The tread design is directional so you can turn them around for kind of a paddle tire effect for sand/snow and the other direction is for mud/hardpack. They are also a stiff tire, can be run almost flat. I'd like a shorter more knobby type tire like the razr for fast trail riding, but these are good when you dont know what the trail is going to be like, they're awesome in mud and snow.

I've had a couple sets of Realters on different machines and they perform well. In mud they are great and snow, they can't be beat. In fact for winter running you can turn them around and use them like paddles in the snow forextra grip. I plowed snow for one year with 25" Realters on a Polaris 300 4x4 and my son plowed last winter with it and we had 200+ inches in our area with no problems. I've often thought that they should come out with a comparable front tire to the rear that you could steer. I don't think you could steer it with the present tread design on the front.
