I mistakenly bought 2 rear 20x11x10 ITP Holeshot HD's for my 400EX instead of the 20x11x9's that work with stock rims. I bought them on ebay from "accessoryplus" who I can no longer get ahold of. This user sells many tires but is not even willing to email me back to help resolve my problem. I even said that I would pay extra to have the wrong ones returned in exchange for the right ones, even after I pay for the shipping on the right ones. Still no answer. It's funny how when I was going to buy them and had a question he was more than willing to help but now that he has made a sale I no longer receive his help. What an @$$hole.

What I need to know is where I can find cheap (new) 10x8 inch wheels made by ITP or Douglas because the d!ckhe@d mentioned above will not help me so I will take my business, and money elsewhere.

 

I've been burned on ebay a couple of times where it took months to get my money back. I no longer buy anything from ebay sellers unless they take American Express, who considers their customers always right and suspends payment until any dispute is resolved.

 

IF YOU BOUGHT THEM THROUGH PAY-PAL REPORT IT TO THEM. THEY MAY BE ABLE TO HELP YOU. OR AT LEAST POST A COMPLAINT ON HIS WEB SITE FOR FUTURE BUYER'S FROM THIS LOW LIFE.

 

I have a 1/4" thick correspondence file resulting from a complaint to PayPal regarding bootlegged software verified as fraudulent by Adobe Systems. They're hopeless. And I found out the hard way that if you don't rate the transaction within a certain period of time, shorter than the resolution process, that option disappears.

I still buy off of ebay, but I'm very cautious about who I buy from and, as mentioned, use a credit card that leaves me with recourse.
