Thanx for the pictures! I spoke to others who have tried this set up and they told me that running the snow skies on the front of a quad with a wheel or tracks is only good up to 6 inches of fresh snow or packed trails. Also they mentioned if you run this set up in deep snow, you will be digging yourself out alot as the front end will not hold itself up. If you use all four tracks the floatation is apparently better although you lose manuveralbility and speed. I was also told that either set up is no comparison to the feeling of a snowmobile. This information has helped me to realize that the expense to go forward with either configurations would be better aimed toward the purchase of a snowmobile.

You could always pick up Yamaha's new Phazer sled:-) Closest sled ever to a Sport Quad... actually the Front end is quite simliar to a YFZ450 Sport Quad

can this work on a KFV 700 4x4? my tracks will not bolt on now after the recall couple years back.... back tracks will bolt on no prob so I was thinking of putting skies up front....
