Honda 350 4x4, a check for bad bearings?
#1
Hello,
My father has a 1990 Honda 350 4x4 that hasn't been used much in the few years and I took it out on a run this fall. About half way through the run it started bogging out and sqeaking, and it had never done this before. It would happen at random times and the machine would bog down a bit in power when it happened. It sounded like a car time sqealing. I'm thinking maybe the ball bearing in the front or the back might be shot and jamming up periodically. Does this sound right? Is there any ways to check see if this is the case without totally tearing apart the front diff or the rear gearbox?
Thanks in advance for the help.

on my rancher it sounded more likes brakes squeaking, than a belt? on the rear just take the tires off and slide the covers off the axles and you should be able to see them. i think.
