Bighorns not well in mud?

Default Bighorns not well in mud?

I keep reading diff threads that say the maxxis bighorns aren't a good mud tire. When people say this what are they comparing them too. Also i had just bought a set for my prairie 700 and i was wanting to know would my old swamp foxes be close in the mud, and how much slower with these new 26 in bighorns make it? Thanx

Default Bighorns not well in mud?

The bighorns are a hard, "rough Terrain" tire. They shine in rocky, rough, log covered, and hard packed terrain, with excellent wear. I have seen first hand that they will outlast most, but they arent the best in the mud. They dont clean out very well, and "clog" with mud fairly fast. But in
