27's on stock 07 Vinson
#1
guys with 27's on a Vinson...........will they fit w/ out a lift? i just found out the tread depth is different between the 26 and 27 swamp lites according to this site
http://www.mta-la.com/swamplite.html
i thought they were all the same tread depth.........guess i was mistaken!! and i'd rather get the Swamp Lites, but if 27 is to large the Mud Lites are the back up plan! anouth question, is how bad would the 27 drain power. i know the Vinson is geared low any way, but would a 2" tire jump be an over kill on a stock Vinson? i don't plan on any pipe, filter, jet kits or anything like that! my friend jumped one tire size (25 to 26) and he could hardly tell on his eiger400. i'm thinking that since the Vinson is a 500, and geared low a 2" jump woun't be bad.
what's your opinions on this issue?
and any one with 27's and some pics would be great!! how bad is the rubbing (if any) with no lift? thanks for the imput!
ok, i just noticed that Swamp Lite doesn't offer a 27x9 front...........i've been looking at to many tire options and web sites...........
