Dad has a 02 Bayou 300 4x4. It is a great quad and he loves it but it is a bear to maneuver being full time 4 wheel drive. Has anyone used a front end disconnect unit and how do you like it? Is Warn the only one that makes them? Were did you buy it and how much was it? Any info is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

 

I ride with two people that have one. One on a Wolverine, one on a Rubicon. They both love them. They make the bike so much more versatile. I don't know how much they paid for them but they bought and had them installed at the dealer. Warn is the only one that I know of that makes them. Could be wrong though.

 

All I have heard about the warn is good stuff, that is what I would buy if I needed one. I think they run about 299-399 if I remember correctly, I would check on ebay for one though.
