14" vs. 12" wheels
#3
in my opinion, looks! they look good but id rather have the extra side wall on a 12" wheel. wont have dented wheels as easily and if you get a flat you can ride on it with out messing up your rim. assuming you have 6 ply tires. 14" ,no advantage in my book. ask your self; what advantage would i have putting 20s on my truck that has stock 18s? just looks, and probably a more expensive tire.

With the same size tire, the bigger wheel is going to give you less sidewall flex, which on the positive side can give you better handling, but the negative is a more rough ride. I think the bigger wheels are just mostly for the bling bling factor though, anybody putting big tires on a 4x4 probably doesn't care about small improvements in cornering.
