Default Remote resi recharging

Just bought remote resi's for my Outlaw. I need to get them installed and charged up. Do atv repair shops or 4x4 offroad shops do this?? I was looking for someplace local but it's not as easy as I thought it would be! Anyone know price and time of installation?

Works performance can do it. They rebuilt my 450r shocks for around $160 and took about 2 weeks. To just put on cans should be way less money and time.
