Hi i have a 07 kingquad 450. And i am stuck between a set of swamp lites or bear claws. Which is a better all around tire. Also would i have any power loss if i went w the 26" tires?

 

Man you guys and your tires , my friends have swamp lites I have bear claws there both an exellent tire but I think the bear claws may be slightly cheaper.

 

Oh yeah, forgot bigger tires are not always better as you can put undue stress on your drive train.

It acted like it was vapor locked one day, but other than that I love it.

I never would have bought it if the last one wasn't stolen <u>twice</u>. I never had a single problem in the little bit of riding I got to do in two years. I don't know how cold it gets where you, are but EFIs love the snow too. No fiddley-fartin' around with choke levers or carb adjustments any time of year.

 

I have the bear claws and for the price that I got mine for 225.00 for all four I couldn't pass up the deal. They seem to be a great tire with 200 miles on them so far, and with my weight and how I beat on things the 6ply rating seemed to be a no brainer.

Sounds like the swamp lites are also very good tires. Kenda had better deal and shipping was free!!!!
