WE have our own mud bogging / racing pit at a friends house. There are around ten Polaris SP500's there and a few other brands mixed in.
I currently have a Rancher with stock tires. It gets stuck most times out. I can breeze through with a SP500. I'm selling the Rancher and getting a SP500 H.O. as soon as possible. What would be the best tire and rim combo for it? I want aluminum rims and the best tire staying close to stock diameter. Looking at Titan 589 or Spider Tracs, may even go all out with Mud Runners. I want to have and edge over the stock bikes if possible. Besides shiny rims and aggressive tires look cool anyway. I do trail ride a lot also which means I need a decent ride on hard pack ground.
Thanks

blackmagic I know two guys that both own sportsman 500s.One has vampire superswampers and the other has triclaws. The guy with the triclaws can go better in the deep mud. These guys weigh about the same too.I also own a sportsman H.O. and looking to buy new tires.I have made up my mind to put 27" biclaws on front and 27" triclaws on rear.Triclaws look a lot like the outlaws. The tread comes across center of tire so they should ride good on trail These tires will also fit your factory wheels.Cost will be about $340.You can go to www.highlifter.com they have pictures and prices of all the good tires.
