Please help,
I just installed new clutch disks in a recon. Now when I put the bike in gear it will not move. It does jerk slightly as you put it in gear but when you give it throttle is just sits there! All parts in the clutch pack and centrifigal clutch are in spec. The factory manual says after install adjust clutch as needed. I have made over one dozen adjustments and still no go.
Does anyone have any ideas before I have to open it back up? Could it be the clutch lifter? How do you tell if it is bad? Thanks in advance for any help.
